Journaling: The whole conception of “fuzz buddy” started one day when I was buying soft bouclé yarn at Michael’s craft store. You were in the shopping cart and immediately grabbed it to rub between your fingers, pick a little fuzz off, and suck your thumb. I had been having a hard time with you sneaking my sweaters out of the laundry room to do the same thing. The idea struck me to crochet you a miniature pot holder (only thing I really knew to crochet) that you could carry around - hence, the extraordinary beginnings of “fuzz buddy!” I thought of the name because you liked things that were soft and fuzzy, and it quickly turned into your buddy! Of course, for the longest time you pronounced it “fuh bu-dee.” Pictures on 5-3-03

Used fiber leftover from crocheting his "fuzz buddy" for the LO. TFL
