"Elizabeth made such an accomplishment while taking swim lessons from Tanya Montgomery this summer. In six lessons, she went from being terrified of the water to being able to swim across the pool with the aid of her arm floats or a noodle. Determination showed on her face every time she was at swim lessons. A week after her last lesson, she was swimming around in the shallow end of Papaw and Nana’s pool without any float! Nana even coaxed her down the slide by letting her wear a ring. The swimming pool has quickly become one of her favorite places to be this summer."
