Pictures will not upload

Cropper's Corral uses Yahoo to host its website. There are security measures in place that sometimes generate difficulty in uploading. USUALLY, the actual upload occurs, but when it is "processed", it won't "go into" the database, and the temporary storage area is not emptied, leading to..FREEZE. I am USUALLY able to fiddle with this, so that the picture is not lost, BUT any comments may have been. I would suggest proceeding with loading the pictures with names first, and then adding descriptions, until things "sort themselves out".
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
