I just have to vent about magazines. I subscribe to 4 scrapbooking magazines and you would think that I (anyone that subscribes) would get MY magazine before you can buy it in the store! It just really bugs me and it's not just one magazine. They are ALL always in the stores before I get mine. Errrrr but on a positive note, I just subscribed to Scrapbook Answers w/CD. I LOVE IT!!!!!

Oh, I know it!! I was fuming about this a few weeks ago while awaiting the latest CK magazine. I get four subscriptons too (if you count Paper Crafts as a sb magazine - I use it for card ideas). But a year or more ago subscribers used to get them before everyone else, at least CK was that way. The problem then was that you would get a month's magazine at least two months before that month and it was weird. Like you would get December CK in October. I'm sure CK and the other magazines have got a lot of complaints about this. I just don't know why they don't fix it. That's the whole purpose of being a subscriber, isn't it? Getting the magazine before the stores do (besides the discounted price too ;) ). Look what you did to me - you got me ranting!! LOL

I'm still waiting on my March CK - I finally called them & they said they would send me another one. Very frustrating - I also get the Scrapbook answers w/ cd. The only thing I'm not wild about is that they don't give many LOs - it's mostly product reviews. I think in a few years they are going to be a great Mag.

So what is this Scrapbook Answers with CD? A magazine, I presume but what is on the CD? Are there new scrappers in their magazine or are they old names (ones who've been published for a while)? I think I may have seen this magazine at Wal-Mart but didn't look at it. Fill me in!

Brianna, I can't believe you haven't received your March CK yet. I haven't finished mine - almost though.

I wonder when the next Scrapbooks, Etc will come in the mail? Do you get that one, Pamela?

The CD has step by step videos of new techniques, 44 fonts (I love this part), new software to try (the one I have now has Ulead Photo Express 6 and Lettering Delights Supreme Browser & Graphic Alphabets) and some extras like printable background paper and a tag kit and of course they have a gallery. I haven't really read the magazine but it is product reviews. Rhonna Farrer, different things to do with art supplies in your scrapbook. I do get Scrapbook ETC and that's why I'm mad...It's sitting nice and pretty at CC. NOT in my mailbox

I get SB Etc. & haven't seen mine either - I love their new design.

Leslie - Scrapbook answers has some new talent. They did just put together a DT - so I think there will be some improvement on content.

I finished looking at my March CK yesterday so the Scrapbooks, Etc can come now!! LOL I slowly look at my magazines and usually go back and mark LOs with tabs that inspired me.

I enjoy looking at the advertisements too. That's how I learn about new products usually. When we travel, I always look in the back to see if there are any stores where we're going. I noticed that Croppers doesn't advertise in the store section anymore. I don't know how long they haven't, but I know they used to.

Sightings, sightings!!!! I got my Scrapbooks, Etc just now in the mail. Our mail runs late - well, 3:30 or 4 but it had arrived. Be on the lookout today and tomorrow!! :)
