What sb tool can you not live with out?

This question was sparked by my weekend problem. I've been scrapping in different places of my house and just kinda pile everything into my scrapbook room when I'm finished. So, I'm in a major scrapping mood this weekend and go to grab my cutter bee scissors and I have missplaced them somewhere in the house. So, I grab another pair of sb scissors and use them. GOOD GRIEF!!! I couldn't believe how crappy these scissors were and how could I have ever used them. I stop everything and search every place I had scrapped. NO CUTTER BEE SCISSORS! At that moment I realized I could never scrap with another pair of scissors unless they were cutter bee scissors. :)

I hope you find them.

Of the top of my head i'd say adhesive.

my sewing machine - I know, sounds funny. BUT I LOVE TO SEW ON MY LOs. I think 99% of my LOs have machine stitching on them.

BUT, I would also have to say my SLR camera. I have always had a love of photography, but never knew what being able to take "good" photos was like until I got my SLR (film, not digital). It has changed the way my LOs look because now my photos really take on the focus of my LOs. I love learning how to improve my photography so I can improve my scrapbooking.

Sorry, kinda long.

pamela - hope you find your scissors. ;-)

I'm not sure I could name just one if we are getting into basic supplies. I love my 12 inch cutter since I couldn't cut a straight line without it. And I have to have CM adhesive because it works best for me. I use a lot but especially for the ones that are on display at the store, I can trust the CM adhesive. Other adhesives seem to come loose when the LOs are placed vertically like that. In my scrapbooks they do fine b/c they get smooshed between all the other pages. I also love to use my sewing machine and my inkpads. . . Oh, I just don't think there is one!!

BTW, Pamela, I am probably going to buy a new pair of Cutter Bee scissors this week. I use them too but I have cut something with mine and messed up the blade. I have the nonstick coated pair which I love. They are not cutting ribbon clean though - that is why I need to get a new pair.
