Ok, I got my Scrapbooks Etc. mag.. I love the new format. On my scrapbook shopping trip this weekend I spotted the April CK. Oh Oh, I bought the new paper pins from Around the Block...love love love them!

Don't get us started on the late arriving magazines sent to the subscribers!! LOL Yes, I heard this weekend that April CK was out. Maybe we'll get it in a couple of weeks. There are some people who do get their subscriptions well before us - I guess in other parts of the country. ?? Oh well!!

I just got my March CK - This week has been good though. Got my March CK the beginning of last wek, SB Etc. Friday & I opened the mailbox to the SB answers mag today. Lots of new inspiration this week. I've created approx. 5 or 6 LOs in the past few days too. Creative mojo is definitely flowing here. I'm wanting ot scrap some tonight, but we'll be getting in late with revival. May just have to wait until the weekend.

Oh, & good news for me - I'm getting a newer laptop. My dad's got a virus & crashed so he bought a new one & he's having his old one rebuilt for me. No more cutting & pasting (several of my keys don't work) & it will work bettEr with my new photo editing softare I'll be getting in the fall. Sorry, just a little excited

I really enjoyed the April CK issue. There were several LOs that inspired me instantly! I loved the 4x6 sketches by Becky H in there too. I had heard about them on another MB and wasn't sure what the big hooplah was about - but now I know! ;) It's just LO sketches using 4x6 photos - no cropping needed. For those who print only 4x6 or who take close up photos and don't need or want to crop a photo. I have a lot like that - close up that do not need cropping.

Anyone else receive theirs yet? What was your impression - like, not like or eh, it was okay? :)

still no april CK here for me. I'm calling them tomorrow to see if they will ship me out a replacement & if they will get me on track. The lady last week assured me I should have it this week & I'd be on schedule for next month, but I'm going to make sure. I was tempted to get the CK this weekend, it looked so inspiring, but I decided to wait.
