So, on my last trip to Ohio, I got the new Spring PP & CS stacks. When I got home & started taking the stacks apart, the glue strip @the top started sticking to the paper & cs, it even tore some of the paper & cs. So, I e-mailed the company to let them know that I loved their product, but was a little disappointed with my more recent purchase & explained the problem. Well, Ireceived an e-mail from the company & they are going to send me another PP & CS stack. It won't be the Spring set but something new. So excited.

wasn't really complaining - just wanted to let them know so that they could address the situation before it brought the quality of their products down. Not sure what stack I'll get - hoping it's something I don't already have.

Brianna, You have hit the jackpot! IMO Scrapbookers are the nicest people. I had ordered some stuff from Scrapbook Express online for my birthday and put in my information correctly but the company that handles their shipping sent it somewhere else (I was able to track the order) I called them to let them know they were sending it to the wrong place and was upset that I had ordered it for my birthday and it wouldn't get here in time now. She apologized and said that she was sending it overnight at no extra charge. Great! Well, when it came, it had extra stickers, rub-ons, pp stack, and dec scissors and a handmade birthday card.

I didn't mean "complaining" like you were doing something you shouldn't. We all should do that with anything that we buy and it comes to us damaged. We are the consumers and we make their businesses work! The good thing about scrapbooking is that a lot of supplies are relatively cheap when it comes to companines sending out extra goodies to make up for problems. I know a looooong time ago when I worked at Service Merchandise (which went out of business several years ago), we would send out free items (valued up to $25)to customers who had problems. Word of mouth gets businesses a lot of advertisement - good or bad!

I've ordered several times from Gone Scrapping and I always enjoy that they write "Thanks Leslie" on my invoice. Silly, I know but I appreciate them taking the extra time to do that. It's the little things that get women excited, huh?

I know - I just wanted to clarify for others who might be lurking & might get the wrong idea.

What a wonderful Company! I know on SBO some of the gals have mentioned this happening to them through other companies. Scrapbooking is an awesome hobby with some great people! I am so glad to be a part of it!
