Any one ever been too......?

Has anyone been to a CK Scrapbooking confrence or Great American Scrapbooking confrence? My mom and sister are trying to talk me into going with them. I want to go but i've need to figure out what to do with the kids. Which one have you been to and what did you like most about them?

I've been to Creating Keepsakes University and as far as that goes, I can say that anything they host is going to be very well-planned. A few of my friends have been to CK Conventions (I think that's what you mean not conferences) and they enjoyed it. It's pretty cheap I think. You can scrapbook, shop (there are vendors) and/or take classes so how much you spend is up to you. I think it's only around $7 to get in to shop. The vendors are manufacturers with the "latest and greatest" for you to buy. I don't know anything about the Great American Scrapbook Convention. I know about the other since they have it in Nashville annually (in April) and in Charlotte.
