I get sucked in down every aisle, LOL! I hardly ever go shopping with a layout in mind unless it is for someone else or a circle journal.

I'm a little of both...I have already bought enough stuff to have the "perfect" supplies when I'm ready to do my LOs...:) but I don't shop for specific LOs

I rarely EVER shop for a LO, I buy stuff (when I'm able to) that I like. I'm like pamela,I have a "TON" of embellishments, but that doesn't stop me from buying something I like.
