CC Challenge: Assignment A

OK, so I liked the idea of the whole assignment thing, so let's do it!

Our fist challenge was inspired by the CK HOF Assignemnt D, Create a layout using: Patterned Paper, Ribbon / Fiber & Rub-ons.

The due date for this will be Monday, October 10, which will give us 2 weeks to finish. I look forward to seeing what we create!!!

I'm gonna try to get my layout started tonight!!! I'm going to use my new scrapbook cabinet!!!

I plan on finishing my LO tonight (hopefully)! It's (laid out how I want it but not attached) been sitting on my table in the scrap room for about a week and a half. (insert embarrassed smiley here which doesn't seem to working right now) I got a nap today so I think I will have the ability to stay up later tonight to finish it. I'm still struggling on a creative way to do the title though. :confused:

I finished my layout yesterday afternoon!!! I wasn't sure about the way it was turning out at first, but now that it's finished I'm really pleased with it. I'm going to scan it in a little later this afternoon!

Just got mine scanned, stitched and uploaded! I like how it turned out as well but as I mentioned in my LO comments, I'm not sure it's HOF material! Anyway, as usual the scan isn't the greatest AND it looks better IRL! LOL I will bring it to the crop tomorrow night to show you. Bring yours too.

I went earlier to drop off a layout I did for a contest and had every intention of stopping Dave's office to scan my layout but Cristian still isn't feeling all that great so he ended up falling asleep in the car. So, I'm going to take it up later tonight to scan. I'll bring it to the crop tomorrow.

Absolutely pathetic! I don't post my layout by the due date for my own challenge!!! I got my laptop back from being repaired but now my scanner won't work from home. I had every intention of scanning it from Dave's (DH) office but Cristian (DS) isn't feeling well. I was up all night with sinus congestion and fell asleep this evening for 2 1/2 hours. To make a long story short I didn't get to go scan my layout. I will scan it tomorrow. I'm going to try to get my scanner fixed before the next callenge is due.

Don't fret, Brianna!! I was afraid I wouldn't have it done in time and I think I told you it wouldn't matter if you didn't get it done by the day. At least you have your laptop fixed now! I hope you're feeling better and will be there tonight.
