Hello all! We are just sitting down to lunch. It's been a crazy morning. I just started working at the Noah's Ark child care as a "swap" mom. How the "swap" works is for every hour i work my kids get to stay there for free like if i want to go to the gym to work out, I have a dr's appointments, or if i just want some time alone. Right now i'm scheduled to work on Mondays and Tuesdays mornings but I was asked to work this morning because the swap mom that was supposed to work this morning couldn't do it. I was going to do my grocery shopping today but seeing that it's almost 1pm I'm not going to even try it. I still need to do school with DD and DS needs a nap. So I'm going to do my grocery shopping tomorrow and i'm going to do my laundry today.

That's cool that they offer that (i.e., the swap). I'm glad to get Tues and Thurs to work out and have time to myself!! I so enjoy it. I think everyone needs and deserves that whether they work or not (man and woman too!).

Today: Took DD to school, DS and stopped by McDonald's for breakfast then on to Proffitt's for their sale. Bought him some clothes - he only had two pairs of jeans and since the weather is starting to think about getting cold, I thought I better get him more! They had some good sales on children's clothes though. Afterwards we stopped by DH's office to show him our buys (DS wanted to see Daddy!) and then on home. DS played computer games while I did laundry, washed dishes and put food in the slow cooker for dinner, ate lunch and played in the sandbox for 1.5 hours while I read. I started a series by Beverly Lewis last week and can't put the book down! I'm already on my second one. I should be scrapping at night but have been reading instead - my other love! ;-) Anyway, I had to give him a quick shower and then we got DD. Here we are and now I'm still on the computer when I need to put them down for a nap!!!

BUT that's my day so far!!
