I went to my see my thyroid DR Tuesday and i took him the u/s films from when last year and the ones i just had done. He looked at them and said he didn't see much change but he had me take them back to North Side Hospital and have the radioligist comapir them. Well I just got a call from Dr Mary (my regular Dr) who just got the report from the raidologest and she said the lump on my thyroid is growing and they are going to have to do another needle byopsy (the last one was painful even with the stuff they were using to numb it). Dr Mary said she was going to fax over the report she got to my thyroid Dr to make sure he got it and i need to call him tomorrow. I'm frankly a little scared, the last byopsy was painful and the meds. i was on for the last year and the half haven't helped. I don't know what they are going to do now.

Small update - I called my thyroid Dr and he's said he's not going to do anything about it right now. He also took me OFF my thoyroid meds this week. I don't know what to think right now. Scott said to call Dr Mary back and see what she says since he won't do anything right now. I'll have to call Monday and talk to her she's closed on fridays. I don't want to get myself stressed over nothing but this is getting frusterating.

My byopsy is scheduled for Thursday at 2pm. I went over to where my u/s films are to pick them up becasue they need them to do the byopsy Thursday and they couldn't find them. UGH. She said they would keep looking and to call them tomorrow. I don't know what would happen if they can't find the films.
