Change of Website

I've tried to give the website a more integrated look, with the use of cascading style sheets. I have also eliminated the choices of themes that can be used. If this new theme gives everyone eye strain, let me know.
I've not been able to change the dark lettering in the Layouts section without developing other problems.
Let me know about the glitches, and I'll try to fix them.
