Xyron Personal Cutting System

The Xyron Personal Cutting System (PCS) has arrived! I have had an opportunity to use it, and I am pleased with the results.

• The Xyron PCS uses a 4 inch by 4 inch self-adhesvice replaceable cutting mat, and is not able to weld words (Pazzle and wishblade machines, with their computer software are able to attach letters to give the welded look, only certain phrases are welded in the Cricut system).
• Cuts are not fast, BUT in a single book, you can have three different sizes, shadows, and shapes.
• The learning curve is not steep.

Below the cutting tray is a drawer that slides out and the book "clicks" in. HINT make sure that the book is firmly seated by pushing down in the appropiate area..don't worry it's marked.

I was surprised to find that actually used the Shape removal tool. It has one blade with a square on the end, with the other end coming to a point.
