Laser Printing Edge to Edge

I have recently purchased a Ricoh SP C410DN and on the machine settings, and also on the PCL 6 software, there is a setting for edge to edge printing. The instruction book also states that edge to edge printing is possible. I spoke with my printer guru, and he stated that no laser printer presently prints edge to edge. Despite turning these settings on, I am not printing edge to edge. Does anyone know

• How to print edge to edge with a Ricoh printer?
• A laser printer that does print edge to edge?
